WeatherShield WS/825 Premium Acoustical Sealant is a non-staining, one-component, non-skinning butyl sealant designed to reduce sound transmission and seal joints in drywall, plaster, and partition systems.

• One-component butyl acoustical sealant
• Non-skinning and non-staining formula
• Designed to help achieve specified STC values
• Seals perimeter joints and openings in drywall and plaster systems
• Suitable for bedding electrical outlets and switch boxes
• Can be used as a lap joint and perimeter sealant for polyethylene vapour barriers
• Adheres well to clean concrete, gypsum, plaster, steel, wood, and aluminum
• No primer required on suitable clean surfaces
• Extrudes easily with a hand or power gun
• Highly resilient and withstands normal partition movement
