Our story began when Umesh Chadha opened a family-owned business producing Bench Vices, Grinders (Flat & V-Belt), Drilling Machines, Lathe Chucks, and Hand Tools. Operating under the iconic 'LION' brand, the company quickly built a reputation for reliability and quality.

With 15+ years of experience in the tool industry, Tarun Chadha envisioned expanding the family business to Canada. Leo Tools Ltd. was established in Langley, BC — bringing the same family values of quality, reliability and exceptional service to Canadian contractors and builders.
