Refund & Return Conditions
We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:
- Milwaukee & DeWalt Products: We offer returns or refunds for Milwaukee and DeWalt brand products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if the product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact to qualify for a return or refund.
- Milwaukee Products Purchased on Offer or Deals: Please note that Milwaukee products purchased as part of a special offer, discount, or promotional deal are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturer defects or if the product is damaged upon arrival.
- Other Brands: For products from brands other than Milwaukee and DeWalt, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully review product specifications and details before purchasing. If you have any questions or need assistance with a product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team before placing your order.

Can I Return an Item Because I Don't Like It?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, you can ship it back to us for a refund or exchange. Before returning the item, kindly send us a request using the Self-Serve Return option or contact our customer support team to get your return authorization. You may contact us by email at sales@leotools.ca or phone at +1 778-357-3396. We are available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm PST. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item as soon as we receive the item back.

Defective Merchandise
If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the package. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose to have the item replaced or receive a full refund.

Non-Defective Merchandise
If you wish to return an item that is not defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package. We will process a refund; however, you will be responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.

Return Conditions
- Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)
- Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
- All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, etc.
- All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

How to Return an Item?
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

To initiate a return or replacement, go to "My Accounts." Identify the order, choose the items to return, and click Request Return.Option 2: Contact the Support Team

Ensure you include everything that came with the product in its original packaging, securely attach the return shipping label, and ship the package to the address provided on the label.Step 3: Receive your Refund
Once we receive the returned item, allow 24 to 48 hours for inspection. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.Return in Person
