    We are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully:

    • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $299.00. However, please note that free shipping is not applicable if the total weight of the order exceeds 8 lbs. In such cases, additional shipping charges will apply, and these charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and delivery location of the order.
    • Shipping Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
    • Shipping Locations: We currently ship Canada-wide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
    • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your order’s progress.

  • Shipping & Delivery Times

    Regular orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 pm PST may be processed and shipped the same day. LTL orders usually take 3 to 4 business days to ship. Transit times vary based on your delivery zone, and factors like weather and natural disasters may affect delivery schedules.

  • Pick Up Your Order

    You may opt for in-store pickup at one of our warehouse locations. Our main warehouse is located in Langley, British Columbia (V3A 3X7). Pickup times are weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST and weekends from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm PST. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Pickup Requirements:

    When arriving for pickup, please have your order number and a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order and credit card used.

  • Notes

    • Order Cancellation: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the confirmation email. If not picked up within this period, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
    • Third-Party Pickup: If you want someone else to pick up your order, please contact us to provide authorization.
    • Website Orders Only: At this time, we can only process orders placed through our website. Our pickup locations are operated by third-party warehouses (3PL), and our staff are not present onsite. The 3PL staff may assist you with your order, but they may not be able to answer questions about product availability or pricing.
