It offers excellent flying splice and core starting wet grab characteristics, ensuring reliable performance even at high process speeds exceeding 2000 feet per minute (10.16 m/s). The tape can withstand elevated temperatures up to 450°F (232°C) for short durations, making it suitable for heat-intensive processes. Featuring a 2.0 mil high-tack acrylic adhesive mounted on a tan 60 lb densified kraft paper liner, it provides outstanding peel and shear strength while allowing easy handling and die cutting.
