Scapa UP2040 is a high-performance acrylic transfer adhesive developed for reliable bonding in demanding industrial applications. Supplied with a 76 lb white polycoated release liner, it ensures smooth handling and precise application. This adhesive is well-suited for EPDM lamination, foam conversion, splicing, and assembly processes where consistent performance is required.

Engineered for durability, it offers strong initial grab, rapid adhesion, and excellent peel strength for long-lasting bonds. Its formulation provides superior resistance to moisture and humid conditions, making it effective in challenging environments. It adheres efficiently to a variety of substrates, including paper, plastic films, and foil. Reinforced with glass fibres, the adhesive gains enhanced internal strength and stability under stress.

Designed to perform across a wide temperature range, it operates effectively from -40°C to +95°C and can tolerate short-term exposure up to 125°C, making it suitable for temperature-sensitive applications.
