3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 950 is a high-performance bonding solution engineered for applications that require a thin adhesive layer with strong initial grip. It features 3M™ High Strength Acrylic Adhesive 300, supported by a 5 mil (0.13 mm) densified kraft paper liner that ensures easy handling and accurate placement during application.

Designed for general-purpose use, this transfer tape delivers aggressive tack and reliable adhesion to a wide range of materials, including both similar and dissimilar substrates. Its smooth adhesive flow allows for excellent surface contact, while maintaining good shear strength for long-term holding power. The tape performs well in demanding conditions, offering resistance to UV exposure and chemicals, along with short-term temperature tolerance up to 250°F (121°C). It is widely used for bonding high and low surface energy plastics, textured surfaces, foams, fabrics, and coated papers.
