Description

This heavy-duty transfer tape is engineered for high-strength, permanent bonding in demanding environments. It features a double-coated design reinforced with a thick polyester (PES/PVA) scrim and a strong, modified solvent-free water-based acrylic adhesive. With a thickness of 9.1 mil (excluding the liner), it provides excellent durability and handling. The highly aggressive adhesive ensures reliable bonding across a wide range of materials, including difficult surfaces such as foam, polyethylene, and polypropylene films. It also offers excellent resistance to temperature, UV exposure, aging, and water vapour. Backed by a 90 gsm gold glassine paper release liner, this tape is ideal for bonding plastic, metal, and wood surfaces, especially for applications like carpet installation and baseboard mounting. The formulation is free from APEO and APE.
