Description

This heavy-duty transfer tape is designed for high-strength, permanent bonding in demanding environments. It features a double-coated construction reinforced with a thick polyester (PES/PVA) scrim and coated with a strong, modified solvent-free water-based acrylic adhesive. With a thickness of 9.1 mil (excluding the liner), it delivers excellent durability and handling performance. The aggressive adhesive ensures strong bonding across a wide range of materials, including difficult surfaces such as foam, polyethylene, and polypropylene films. It also provides outstanding resistance to temperature, UV exposure, aging, and water vapour. Backed by a 90 gsm gold glassine paper release liner, this tape is ideal for bonding plastic, metal, and wood surfaces, and is especially effective for applications like carpet installation and baseboard mounting. The formulation is free from APEO and APE.
